Common use of Compensation and Benefit Programs Clause in Contracts

Compensation and Benefit Programs. During the term of Executive’s employment hereunder, Executive shall be entitled to participate in the following plans as they may exist from time to time during the term hereof, to wit, any and all medical, dental, hospitalization, accidental death and dismemberment, disability, travel and life insurance plans, and any and all other plans as offered by the Company from time to time to its Executives, including savings, pension, profit-sharing, stock options, and deferred compensation plans, subject to the general eligibility and participation provisions set forth in such plans.

During the term of Executive’s employment hereunderEmployment Term, Executive shall be entitled to participate in the following plans as they may exist from time to time during the term hereof, to wit, any and all medical, dental, hospitalization, accidental death and dismemberment, disability, travel and life insurance plans, and any and all other plans as offered by the Company from time to time to its Executives, including savings, pension, profit-sharing, stock options, and deferred compensation plans, subject to the general eligibility and participation provisions set forth in such plans.

During the term of Executive’s employment hereunder, : (a) Executive and his family shall be entitled to participate in the following plans as they may exist from time to time during the term hereofprovided, to witat Company’s expense, any and all medical, dental, hospitalizationand vision insurance; (b) Executive shall be provided, accidental death and dismembermentat Company’s expense, disability, travel disability and life insurance plans, and any and all other insurance plans as offered and provided by the Company from time to time to its Executivessenior executives; and (c) Executive shall be entitled to participate, including at his expense, in any and all savings, pension, profit-sharing, stock options, and deferred compensation plansplans that may exist from time to time during the term hereof, subject to the general eligibility and participation provisions set forth in such plans.

Compensation and Benefit Programs. During the term of Executive’s employment hereunder: (a) Executive and his family shall be provided, at Company’s expense, medical, dental, and vision insurance; (b) Executive shall be provided, at Company’s expense, disability and life insurance plans, and any other insurance plans as offered and provided by the Company to its senior executives; and (c) Executive shall be entitled to participate in the following plans as they may exist from time to time during the term hereof, to wit, any and all medical, dental, hospitalization, accidental death and dismemberment, disability, travel and life insurance plans, and any and all other plans as offered by the Company from time to time to its Executives, including savings, pension, profit-sharing, stock options, and deferred compensation plansplans that may exist from time to time during the term hereof, subject to the general eligibility and participation provisions set forth in such plans.
