Compensation and Benefits Pursuant to Other Agreements and Plans. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to diminish or otherwise affect Executive’s right to receive from the Company all compensation payable to Executive by the Company in respect of his Employment prior to the Termination Date pursuant to any agreement with the Company (other than this Agreement) or any Plan.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to diminish or otherwise affect Executive’s right to receive from the Company all compensation payable to Executive by the Company in respect of his her Employment prior to the Termination Date pursuant to any agreement with the Company (other than this Agreement) or any Plan.
