Compensation and Expenses of Registered Trustee. The Registered Trustee shall be entitled to receive from the Trust reasonable compensation for its services hereunder, as shall be agreed to from time to time by the Board of Trustees and the Registered Trustee, and the Registered Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Trust for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Registered Trustee in the performance of its duties hereunder.
