Common use of Compensation and Expenses of the Agency Clause in Contracts

Compensation and Expenses of the Agency. The Lessee shall pay the reasonable fees, costs and expenses of the Agency together with any fees and disbursements incurred by the Agency’s transaction counsel and the Agency’s general counsel in connection with the execution hereof and any subsequent amendments hereto or consents hereunder or under the Project Documents (other than ministerial consents) by the Lessee or Sublessee.
