Compensation and Payment Terms. (a) Contractor’s fees for the Services shall be calculated at the rate(s) set forth in Exhibit “A” attached hereto. The Maximum Compensation to Contractor for the Services performed under this Agreement is One Million, Sixty-Five Thousand, Three Hundred Sixty-Six Dollars and 47/100 ($1,065,366.47). In no event shall the amount paid by County to Contractor under this Agreement exceed said Maximum Compensation without an approved change order.
Compensation and Payment Terms. A. Subject to the satisfactory performance of the services required of Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, and to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and following Contractor’s submission of an appropriate claim, and such other documentation that the County may require, County shall pay Contractor according to the terms set forth in Exhibit C, Terms of Payment. Contractor agrees to accept the foregoing payments as full and complete payment for all services provided pursuant to this Agreement, irrespective of whether the cost of such services and related administrative expenses exceed such payments.
Compensation and Payment Terms. (a) Engineer’s fees for the Services shall be calculated at the rate(s) set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto. The Maximum Compensation to Engineer for the Services performed under this Agreement is Two Hundred Forty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety and 00/100 Dollars ($248,790.00). In no event shall the amount paid by County to Engineer under this Agreement exceed said Maximum Compensation without an approved change order.

Compensation and Payment Terms. (a) Consultant’s fees for the Services shall be calculated at the rate(s) set forth in Consultant’s “Detailed Fee Breakdown” attached hereto as Exhibit “2.” The Maximum Compensation to Consultant for the Services performed under this Agreement is Three Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Five Hundred Forty Eight and 00/100 Dollars ($399,548.00). In no event shall the amount paid by District to Consultant under this Agreement exceed said Maximum Compensation without an approved change order.
Compensation and Payment Terms. Consultant shall be paid sixty-five dollars ($65.00) per hour starting February 1, 2008. Consultant shall invoice the Company and Company shall pay Consultant within 15 days of receipt of the invoice. Such payment shall be pro-rated should the Agreement terminated prior to the expiration of the payment period in which the Agreement terminates.
Compensation and Payment Terms. (a) GETI’s fees for the Services shall be calculated at the rate(s) set forth in Exhibit “A” attached hereto. The Maximum Compensation to GETI for the Services performed under this Agreement is Eighty-Nine Thousand, Seven Hundred Ninety-One and 00/100 Dollars ($89,791.00). In no event shall the amount paid by County to GETI under this Agreement exceed said Maximum Compensation without an approved change order.
Compensation and Payment Terms. Consultant shall be paid five thousand dollars ($4,500) per month on the 1st day of each month. Such payment shall be pro-rated should the Agreement terminated prior to the expiration of the payment period in which the Agreement terminates.
Compensation and Payment Terms. Consultant shall be prepaid $5,000 per month until such time as parties shall agree by email depending on the needs of the company. Payment shall be made by wire to Consultant.
Compensation and Payment Terms. 7.1 Federal Fund Approval. OSMB has received a grant from the United States Department of the Interior, Fish and Wildlife Services, (USFWS) as described pursuant to 2 CFR 200.331 on Attachment B. In accordance with the State Controller’s Oregon Accounting Manual, policy 30.40.00.102, and 2 CFR 200.330, OSMB’s determination is that the Recipient is the sub- recipient of federal funds.
