GRANT FUNDS. The Provider will not commingle grant funds (payments and reimbursements made under this Agreement) with other personal or business accounts. The U.S. Department of Justice, DOJ Grants Financial Guide does not require physical segregation of cash deposits or the establishment of any eligibility requirements for funds which are provided to a Provider. The Provider’s accounting systems must ensure grant funds are not commingled with funds on either a program-by-program or a project-by-project basis. Grant funds specifically budgeted and received for one project may not be used to support another. Where the Provider's existing accounting system cannot comply with this requirement, the Provider will establish an additional accounting system to provide adequate grant fund accountability for each project. In accordance with the provisions of section 287.0582, Florida Statutes, if the terms of this Agreement and reimbursement contemplated by this Agreement extend beyond the current fiscal year, the OAG's performance and obligation to reimburse under this Agreement are contingent upon an annual appropriation and spending authority by the Florida Legislature. In addition, the OAG’s performance and obligation to reimburse under this Agreement is contingent upon the OAG's Victims of Crime Act award, as funded through the U.S. Department of Justice, Office for Victims of Crime formula grant program.

GRANT FUNDS. In accordance with the terms and conditions of this Grant, Agency will provide Grantee up to $11,427,595.72 (“Grant Funds”) for the Project. Agency will pay the Grant Funds from monies available through its Student Investment Account (“Funding Source”).
GRANT FUNDS. Grantee acknowledges and agrees that the funds for the Grant are not and shall not be deemed a general obligation of the State of Florida, nor is the Grant or this Agreement backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Florida. Triumph’s obligation to fund the Grant or any portion thereof is expressly contingent upon Triumph having sufficient funds on hand to fund the Grant. If for any reason such funds are not retained by Triumph, are depleted, are frozen or sequestered, or are in any manner unavailable for full or partial funding to Grantee and/or other awardees of grants, Triumph shall not be obligated to make fundings hereunder and shall therefore not be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement. To the extent some funds are available to for funding to Grantee and other awardees of grants, Triumph shall allocate such funds among Grantee and such other awardees in such amounts as it shall determine in its sole and absolute discretion and shall not be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement for failure to fully fund the Grant.
GRANT FUNDS. In accordance with the terms and conditions of this Grant, Agency will provide Grantee up to $388,362.37 (“Grant Funds”) for the Project. Agency will pay the Grant Funds from monies available in the Student Investment Account (“Funding Source”). A reduction in the monies in the Funding Source may result in a decrease in Grant Funds available to Agency.

GRANT FUNDS. The CDBG-DR funds allocated to the Subrecipient for the implementation of the DR-MHP program and the development, reconstruction, or rehabilitation of eligible, Approved Projects. Grant Funds include Activity Funds and Activity Delivery Funds. Household - One or more persons occupying a housing unit. Housing Unit - a residential unit that is used as a primary residence by its occupants. HUD – The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Indirect Costs - means those costs incurred for a common or joint purpose benefitting more than one cost objective, and not readily assignable to the cost objectives specifically benefitted, without effort disproportionate to the results achieved. To facilitate equitable distribution of indirect expenses to the cost objectives served, it may be necessary to establish a number of pools of indirect costs. Indirect cost pools must be distributed to benefitted cost objectives on bases that will produce an equitable result in consideration of relative benefits derived. Indirect Cost Rate Proposal - means the documentation prepared by a governmental unit or subdivision thereof to substantiate its request for the establishment of an indirect cost rate as further defined in 2 CFR 200.56 and 2 CFR 200.57. Low- to Moderate- Income (LMI) – Low to moderate income people are those having incomes not more than the “moderate-income” level (80% Area Median Family Income) set by the federal government for the HUD-assisted housing programs. This income standard changes from year to year and varies by Household size, county and the metropolitan statistical area. Master Standard Agreement (“Agreement”) – The contractual arrangement between the Department and the Subrecipient which sets forth the terms and conditions by which CDBG-DR funds must be utilized with regards to Approved Projects. National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) – The federal law and associated regulations which establishes a broad national framework for protecting the environment. NEPA's basic policy is to assure that all branches of government consider the environment prior to undertaking any major federal action that could significantly affect the environment. GRANT FUNDS. (a) We will not pay more than the approved Grant Offer under any circumstances. If you incur extra costs, You must meet them. (b) Grant funds can only be used for eligible expenditure items as described in the Grant Guidelines. (c) Grant funds may be indexed annually. Further information is available on the ARC website.
