Compensation and Powers. The Managing Trustees shall have the power to determine the terms and compensation of any Person whom they may employ or with whom they may contract other than the Statutory Trustee, whose compensation is as set forth in Section 3.10 hereof. The Managing Trustees may exercise broad discretion in allowing officers, employees, or other agents to administer and regulate the operations of the Trust, to act as agent for the Trust, to execute documents on behalf of the Managing Trustees, and to make executive decisions which conform to general policies and principles previously established by the Managing Trustees and not inconsistent with this Agreement.
