Common use of Compensation and Reimbursement of Trustee Clause in Contracts

Compensation and Reimbursement of Trustee. The Trustee shall serve without compensation. The Trustee shall have the right to incur and pay such reasonable expenses and charges and to employ and pay such agents, attorneys and counsel as he may deem necessary and proper for carrying this Agreement into effect.
