Common use of Compensation Benefits and Business Expenses Clause in Contracts

Compensation Benefits and Business Expenses. (a) For all services which Employee renders to CryoLife or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates during the term hereof, CryoLife agrees to pay the Employee the salary and bonus compensation as set by the Compensation Advisory Committee of the Board of Directors. Employee's salary at the Effective Date is set forth on Exhibit A.
