The Consultant scope of services work includes the following scope of work and major deliverables:  Completion of a detailed Environmental Scan that will include industry publications and other relevant secondary sources  Complete research needed to provide input on educational program development, capacity building and outreach initiatives associated with the Nut Tree Campus development. Review of Educational and Facilities Master Planning Documents related to Vacaville Nut Tree Campus program.  Primary Research with Project and Industry Stakeholders to establish and document programmatic needs, best practices and industry trends for this aviation programs.  Relationship Mapping of Project and Industry Stakeholders  Organize Meetings, Workshops and Tours of Facilities; attend project includes providing project inspector (PI) services including inspection, observation, reportingmeetings as needed to complete assessment and final summary documents.  Preparation of Summary Documents  Xxxxxx Intelligence may also propose sub-consultants as necessary, and coordinating of other third party inspections/special tests required to meet applicable codes, regulations, and DSA requirements for all newly installed work. These services shall be provided as required by the project documents and DSA requirements. Documents required by this contract include, but are not limited to, daily site visit reports and semi-monthly progress reports. Related meetings may include, but are not limited to, pre- installation meetings, weekly construction meetings, and meetings to resolve specific issues which arise during the course of construction. On time completion of construction is of critical importance to mitigate any impact to college operations, and construction duration is limited due to the availability only mobilized with approval of the facilitiesclient within the approved contract fee. Competent qualified staff, available resources and testing facilities are required for a successful outcome of the project objectives in regards to scope and schedule.
