COMPENSATION COVERAGE. Workers’ Compensation insurance for all of its employees in an amount and with coverage to meet all requirements of the laws of the State of Florida.
COMPENSATION COVERAGE. The Employer shall provide coverage to all employees for injury on the job under the Workers’ Compensation Act of the Province of Alberta, or under an Insured Plan which provides coverage of compensation equal thereto.
COMPENSATION COVERAGE. When an employee goes on Compensation, he shall, when the Compensation Board signifies that he may go to work, be returned to the payroll at his previous job and applicable rate of pay.
COMPENSATION COVERAGE. Unless the City Manager otherwise agrees in writing, the insurer shall agree to waive all rights of subrogation against City, and its respective elected and appointed officers, officials, employees and agents for losses arising from work performed by Contractor.
COMPENSATION COVERAGE. Provide to Lender proof of the General Contractor's compliance with all applicable workers' compensation laws and regulations with regard to all work performed on the Project.
COMPENSATION COVERAGE. HOW THIS COVERAGE APPLIES
COMPENSATION COVERAGE. Contractor and all employers working under this Agreement are subject employers under the Oregon Worker's Compensation Law and shall comply with ORS 656.017, which requires them to provide workers’ compensation coverage for all their subject workers. Contractor shall provide proof of coverage at the time of the execution of this agreement and continuing proof of coverage during the period of this Agreement.
COMPENSATION COVERAGE. The contractor shall purchase and maintain worker’s compensation insurance for all worker’s compensation obligations imposed by state law and with employer’s liability limits of at least $100,000 each accident and $100,000 each employee/$500,000 policy limit for disease, or a valid certificate of exemption issued by the state of Florida, or an affidavit in accordance with the provisions of Florida Workers Compensation law. Contractor shall also purchase any other coverages required by law for the benefit of employees.
COMPENSATION COVERAGE. Workers’ Compensation Insurance and Employer’s Liability Insurance for employees in accordance with the laws of the State of California (including requiring any authorized subcontractor to obtain such insurance for its employees).
