Entitlement. For the purpose of calculating six days per calendar year, one day shall be considered to be one day regardless of the regularly scheduled workday. Calculation for part-time employees and partial days will be on a prorated basis.
Entitlement. The allowances prescribed in this clause shall not be taken into account when calculating overtime penalty rates, annual leave, sick leave, long service leave or public holiday payments.

Entitlement. 41.1 Employees (except casual employees) will be entitled to four (4) weeks of annual leave per annum.
Entitlement. A weekly employee shall accrue paid sick leave at the rate of 10 days for each year of employment. Xxxx leave will be paid at the employee’s ordinary rate of pay for ordinary hours for the period of sick leave. Sick leave shall not apply for illnesses or injury covered by worker’s compensation. An employee shall not be entitled to be paid sick leave for more ordinary hours than the employee would have worked on that day.
Entitlement. Subject to the Employer's approval, payment shall be made for transportation in the headquarters area of the employee in the following circumstances:
Entitlement. Upon written request, an employee shall be entitled to a leave of absence without pay of up to twelve (12) consecutive months in addition to statutory requirements.
