Common use of COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE Clause in Contracts

COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE. Broker acknowledges that BlueGate is the sole agent for the Owner in connection with any Transaction with the Recipient Party, and that BlueGate will be compensated by the Owner. Broker further acknowledges that no co-brokerage commissions, referral fees or other compensation will be paid to Broker by either the Owner or BlueGate in connection with any transaction consummated between Recipient Party and the Owner. Any compensation to be paid to Broker in connection with a Transaction shall be paid by the Recipient Party and not by the Owner or BlueGate.

Broker acknowledges that BlueGate is the sole exclusive agent for the Owner in connection with any Transaction with the Recipient Party, and that BlueGate will be compensated by the Owner. Broker further acknowledges that no Broker will be eligible for a 1.0 percent co-brokerage commissions, referral fees or other compensation will be commission paid to Broker by either the Owner or BlueGate in connection with any the event a transaction is consummated between Recipient Party and the Owner. Any compensation to be paid to Broker in connection with a Transaction shall be paid by Owner during the Recipient Party and not by term of the Owner or BlueGateconfidentiality agreement.
