Compensation During Incapacity. In the event of the Executive's failure to satisfactorily perform his duties hereunder on a full-time basis by reason of his incapacity due to physical or mental illness (as determined by the Executive's regular attending physician) for any period not otherwise constituting Disability as defined under subsection (a) of this Section 7, the Executive's employment hereunder shall not be deemed terminated and he shall continue to receive the compensation and benefits provided under Section 5 in accordance with the terms thereof.
