COMPENSATION EARNED THROUGH TERMINATION DATE. On termination by Company without cause, Company will pay Executive's Base Salary, any commissions, and any incentive component of salary, all as earned through the termination date, and a buyout of accumulated but unused vacation time in accordance with then-effective Company policies concerning rights to accumulate such time, all to be paid within thirty days of termination.
