Compensation; Employment Agreements; Etc. Enter into, amend, modify or renew any Contract regarding employment, consulting, severance or similar arrangements with any directors, officers of, or independent contractors with respect to, the Company or its Subsidiaries, or grant any salary, wage or other increase in compensation or increase in any employee benefit (including incentive or bonus payments), except (1) for changes that are required by applicable law, (2) to satisfy Contracts set forth in the Company Disclosure Schedule and existing on the date hereof or (3) for salary, wage or other compensation changes in the ordinary course consistent with past practice.
