Compensation, Expenses and Taxes. The Trustee and Agent will be entitled to such reasonable fees as each may establish from time to time for services rendered in connection with the Account. All such fees will, unless first paid directly to the Agent, be charged against and deducted from the Property in such manner as the Agent or Trustee determines.
