Compensation, Fees, Expenses and Taxes. (a) In consideration of the services to be rendered pursuant to this Addendum, Customer shall compensate Bank in accordance with and pursuant to the Fee Schedule annexed hereto as Schedule B, which Fee Schedule may be amended from time to time upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to Customer.
