Compensation for Additional Services, Certain Limitations. (a) If the Company shall request the Advisor or its Affiliates to render services for the Company other than those required to be rendered by the Advisor hereunder, such additional services, if the Advisor elects to perform them, will be compensated separately on terms to be agreed upon between such party and the Company from time to time in accordance with this Section. The rate of compensation for such services shall be approved by a majority of the Board of Directors, including a majority of the Independent Directors, and shall not exceed an amount that would be paid to nonaffiliated third parties for similar services.
