Compensation For Changes. With respect to all change order requests involving credit to the Owner or additional compensation to the General Contractor, the General Contractor shall (i) obtain from subcontractors and suppliers the best possible price quotations; (ii) review such quotations to ascertain whether they are reasonable; (iii) prepare an itemized accounting together with appropriate supporting data, including reasonable expenditures by, and savings to, those performing the Work involved in the proposed change; and (iv) provide a reasonable price quotation to the designated Professional.
