Compensation for exceeding the response time The customer has the right to require compensation, if the customer has the 24x7 SLA contract and if the response time is not complied. Errors, which appear due to events beyond the control of CURAit, the customer’s conditions or acts/ommissions committed by third-party at the customer or as a result of the circumstances at the customer or due to scheduled maintenance, will not be compensated.
