COMPENSATION FOR ON-DUTY INJURIES. Section 19.1 Since Nevada State Law prescribes all employees to be covered under workers compensation benefits, payment for medical and surgical treatment as well as compensation for lost work time and other benefits shall be as determined by the Nevada Revised Statues and the Nevada Administrative Code.
