Compensation for Servicing. The Investment Company, on behalf of each Fund, agrees to pay FTIS for its services, as set forth in Schedule A hereto. FTIS will bill the Investment Company as soon as practicable after the end of each calendar month for such compensation. The Investment Company will promptly pay to FTIS the amount of such billing.
