Compensation for the Master Servicer. As compensation for the activities of the Master Servicer hereunder, the Master Servicer shall be entitled to the Master Servicing Fee, payable to the Master Servicer on each Payment Date (with respect to the calendar month that immediately preceded the month of such Payment Date) from funds in the Payment Account. The Master Servicing Fee payable to the Master Servicer in respect of any Payment Date shall be reduced in accordance with Section 4.12. The Master Servicer shall be required to pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities hereunder and shall not be entitled to reimbursement therefor except as provided in this Agreement.
