Compensation for Transition Services. The State will not be charged nor will Contractor be reimbursed for Transition Services that are not allowed and provided for under the Contract including the development of the Transition Plan. The Contractor will be solely responsible for all costs incurred by the State that are a result of the Contractor’s failure to provide the records, data, or other documentation requested within the timeframes required by the accepted Turnover Deliverable.
