Compensation in Connection With Front-End and Deferred Sales Charges. As compensation for each sale of the Shares made by Dealer (excluding Shares sold as a reinvestment of dividends or other distributions from a Fund), Dealer will be allowed the concessions and sales charges, if any, on the Shares disclosed in the Prospectus for the appropriate class of Shares of the Funds (the “Dealer Commissions”). MFD will pay, or direct the Funds to make payment directly to, Dealer Commissions to Dealer according to the procedures established by MFD. MFD reserves the right to revise Dealer Commissions upon written notice to Dealer.
