Common use of Compensation Limits Clause in Contracts

Compensation Limits. With respect to compensation as defined in this Plan, for any Top Heavy Plan year, compensation in excess of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000.00), or such other amount as the Secretary of the Treasury may designate, shall be disregarded. Beginning January 1, 1989, compensation to be dis-regarded shall be the amount stated in Paragraph 3.2. Furthermore, for the purposes of this ARTICLE XVI, compensation shall be as defined in Paragraph 3.2.
