Common use of Compensation; No Employment Clause in Contracts

Compensation; No Employment. (i) Directors shall receive such compensation, if any, for their services in such capacity as may be designated by the Board, from time to time. In addition, each Director shall be reimbursed for his reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in the performance of his duties as a Director, pursuant to such policies as from time to time are established by the Board. Nothing contained in this Section 7.1(f) shall be construed to preclude any Director from serving the Company or Calavo in any other capacity and receiving reasonable compensation for such services.
