Compensation of Administrator; Expense Reimbursement; Trust Expenses. The Administrator shall be entitled to reasonable compensation for its services and expenses, as agreed upon from time to time in writing between the Trust and the Administrator. The Trust shall promptly reimburse the Administrator for any equipment and supplies specially ordered by or for the Trust through the Administrator and for any other expenses not contemplated by this Agreement that the Administrator may incur on the Trust’s behalf at the Trust’s written request or with the Trust’s written consent. The Trust will bear all expenses that are incurred in its operation and not specifically assumed by the Administrator. Administrator shall invoice the Trust such fees and expenses as set forth in the fee schedule between the Trust and the Administrator.
