Common use of COMPENSATION OF ADVISER Clause in Contracts

COMPENSATION OF ADVISER. The Manager will pay the Adviser an advisory fee with respect to the Allocated Portion as specified in Appendix A to this Agreement. Payments shall be made to the Adviser on or about the fifth day of each month; however, this advisory fee will be calculated daily for the Allocated Portion based on the net assets of the Allocated Portion on each day and accrued on a daily basis.

COMPENSATION OF ADVISER. The Manager will pay the Adviser an advisory fee with respect to the Allocated Portion each Portfolio as specified in Appendix A to this Agreement. Payments shall be made to the Adviser on or about the fifth day of each month; however, this advisory fee will be calculated daily for the Allocated Portion Portfolio based on the net assets of the Allocated Portion Portfolio on each day and accrued on a daily basis.

Payments shall be made to the Adviser on or about the fifth first day of each month; however, this advisory fee will be calculated daily for the Allocated Portion based on the net assets daily average value of the Allocated Portion on each day Portfolio's assets and accrued on a daily basis.

Payments shall be made to the Adviser on or about the fifth day of each month; however, this advisory fee will be calculated daily for the Allocated Portion Fund based on the net assets of the Allocated Portion Fund on each day and accrued on a daily basis.

If this Agreement is terminated for any reason, all fees due to the Adviser shall be pro-rated to the date of termination.

Payments shall be made to the Adviser on or about the fifth day of each month; however, this advisory fee will be calculated daily for the Allocated Portion based on the net assets of the Allocated Portion on each day and accrued on a daily basis. Payments of the monthly management fee will be accompanied by documentation that verifies the calculation of such fee.

Payments Payment shall be made to the Adviser on or about the fifth day of each month; however, this advisory fee will be calculated daily for the Allocated Portion based on the average daily net assets of the Allocated Portion each Portfolio’s assets (based on each day calendar days) and accrued on a daily basis.

The Manager will provide a worksheet with the monthly payment showing the daily net assets of the Allocated Portion and the calculation of the advisory fee.
