Common use of COMPENSATION OF ADVISER Clause in Contracts

COMPENSATION OF ADVISER. The Manager will pay the Adviser, with respect to each Portfolio on Appendix A attached hereto, the compensation specified in Appendix A. Such fees will be computed daily and paid monthly, calculated at an annual rate based on the Allocated Assets’ average daily net assets as determined by the Trust’s accounting agent. Compensation for any partial period shall be pro-rated based on the length of the period.
