Common use of Compensation of Agent Clause in Contracts

Compensation of Agent. For services rendered, the Agent shall receive as compensation $3,500 and all interest income on the funds received pursuant to this Agreement. The Agent shall also be entitled to reimbursement from the Company for all reasonable expenses paid or incurred by it in the administration of its duties hereunder, including, but not limited to, all counsel, advisors' fees and disbursements and all reasonable taxes or other governmental charges upon presentation of supporting documentation, if requested by the Company. It is anticipated that such disbursement shall not exceed $1,000 barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Compensation of Agent. For services rendered, the Agent shall receive $500 as compensation $3,500 and all interest income on the funds received pursuant to this Agreementcompensation. The Agent shall also be entitled to reimbursement from the Company Corporation for all reasonable expenses paid or incurred by it in the administration of its duties hereunder, including, but not limited to, all counsel, advisors' and Agents' fees and disbursements and all reasonable taxes or other governmental charges upon presentation of supporting documentation, if requested by the Companycharges. It is anticipated that such disbursement reimbursement shall not exceed $1,000 500 barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Compensation of Agent. The Agent shall also be entitled to reimbursement from the Company for all reasonable expenses paid or incurred by it in the administration of its duties hereunder, including, but not limited to, all counsel, advisors' ’ and agents’ fees and disbursements and all reasonable taxes or other governmental charges upon presentation of supporting documentation, if requested by the Companycharges.
