Compensation of Agent. a) In consideration of the services to be rendered by Agent hereunder, Musician agrees to pay to Agent commissions equal to the percentages set forth below, of the gross moneys received by Musician, directly or indirectly, for each engagement on which commissions are payable hereunder:
