Compensation of Board Members. Subject to Section 7.5, Board Members, as such, shall not receive any stated salary for their services, but the Board of Managers may authorize the payment to Board Members of a fixed sum and expenses of attendance, if any, for each regular or special meeting of the Board of Managers attended; provided that nothing herein contained shall be construed to preclude any Board Member from serving the LLC in any other capacity and receiving compensation therefor.
