Compensation of costs. Each of the Parties hereto shall pay its own expenses incurred or to be incurred in connection with this Agreement and matters incidental to this Agreement, except for the expenses incurred or to be incurred by the Trust Foundation, the Existing Investors and the New Investor I, which expenses shall be borne by the Company.
