Common use of Compensation of Fund Clause in Contracts

Compensation of Fund. PLAN The Trust agrees to pay Fund/Plan compensation for its services and to reimburse it for expenses, at the rates and amounts as set forth in Schedule "B" attached hereto, and as shall be set forth in any amendments to such Schedule "B" approved by the Trust and Fund/Plan. The Trust agrees and understands that Fund/Plan's compensation be comprised of two components, payable on a monthly basis, as follows:
