COMPENSATION OF GENERAL PARTNER AND EXPENSES. The General Partner shall receive no compensation for services to the Partnership as General Partner; provided, however, that the General Partner shall be entitled to charge to the Partnership any filing fees incurred in complying with any requirement imposed on the Partnership by law, reasonable accountants' and attorneys' fees and all other reasonable expenses arising out of the administration of the Partnership including, but not limited to, those incurred in any administrative or judicial proceeding in which the Partnership may become involved, all of which shall be proper expenses of the Partnership.
