Compensation of Interim Eligible Lender Trustee. The Interim Eligible Lender Trustee shall receive as compensation for its services hereunder such fees as have been separately agreed upon before the date hereof between the Depositor and the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee, and the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Depositor, to the extent provided in such separate agreement, for its other reasonable expenses hereunder.
