Compensation of Managers; Reimbursement of Expenses. The Managers shall not receive any compensation for their services. Managers shall be reimbursed by the Company for their reasonable traveling, food, lodging and other expenses incurred in attending meetings in accordance with policies approved from time to time by the Board of Managers.
