Compensation of Officers and Others. The compensation of all officers and employees shall be fixed from time to time by the Board, or by any committee or officer authorized by the Board to do so, upon the recommendation and report by the Compensation Committee. The compensation of agents shall be fixed by the Board, or by any committee or officer authorized by the Board to do so, upon the recommendation and report of the Compensation Committee.
