Compensation of OFI GLOBAL. The Fund agrees to pay OFI GLOBAL and OFI GLOBAL agrees to accept as full compensation for the performance of all functions and duties on its part to be performed pursuant to the provisions hereof, a management fee computed on the aggregate net asset value of the Fund as of the close of each business day and payable monthly at the following annual rates:

Compensation of OFI GLOBAL. The Fund agrees to pay OFI GLOBAL and OFI GLOBAL agrees to accept as full compensation for the performance of all functions and duties on its part to be performed pursuant to the provisions hereof, a management fee computed on the aggregate net asset value assets of the Fund as of the close of each business day and payable monthly at the following annual rates:rate of 0.10%.

Compensation of OFI GLOBAL. The Fund agrees to pay OFI GLOBAL and OFI GLOBAL agrees to accept as full compensation for the performance of all functions and duties on its part to be performed pursuant to the provisions hereof, a management fee computed on the aggregate total net asset value assets of the Fund as of the close of each business day and payable monthly at the following annual rates:rates of 0.80% of average annual net assets.

Compensation of OFI GLOBAL. The Fund Trust, on behalf of the Fund, agrees to pay OFI GLOBAL and OFI GLOBAL agrees to accept as full compensation for the performance of all functions and duties on its part to be performed pursuant to the provisions hereof, a management fee computed on the aggregate net asset value of the Fund as of the close of each business day and payable monthly at the following annual rates:rate: 0.60% of the first $1 billion of net assets, and 0.50% of net assets over $1 billion.

Compensation of OFI GLOBAL. The Fund agrees to pay OFI GLOBAL and OFI GLOBAL agrees to accept as full compensation for the performance of all functions and duties on its part to be performed pursuant to the provisions hereof, a management fee computed on the aggregate total net asset value assets of the Fund as of the close of each business day and payable monthly at the following annual rates:rate of 0.85% of average annual net assets.

The Fund agrees to pay OFI GLOBAL and OFI GLOBAL agrees to accept as full compensation for the performance of all functions and duties on its part to be performed pursuant to the provisions hereof, a management fee computed payable monthly and calculated on the aggregate daily net asset value assets of the Fund at an annual rate that declines on additional assets as the Fund grows: 1.00% of the close first $1 billion of each business day average annual net assets of the Fund and payable monthly at the following 0.80% of average annual rates:assets in excess of $1 billion.

Compensation of OFI GLOBAL.
