Compensation of Successor Servicer; Costs and Expenses of Servicing Transfer. In connection with such appointment and assumption, the Trustee may make arrangements for the compensation of the Successor Servicer. The costs and expenses of transferring servicing shall be paid by the Servicer which is resigning or being replaced and to the extent such costs and expenses are not so paid, shall be paid from Collections as provided herein in Sections 3.1 and 11.7.
