Compensation of the Custodian. The Fund shall pay the Custodian a custody fee based on such fee schedule as may from time to time be agreed upon in writing by the Custodian and the Fund. Such fee, together with all amounts for which the Custodian is to be reimbursed in accordance with Section 6E, shall be billed to the Fund in such a manner as to permit payment by a direct cash payment to the Custodian.
