Compensation of the Custodian. Throughout the Term of this Agreement, as set forth in Section 14 below, the Custodian shall perform its duties hereunder without compensation. Thereafter, the Custodian shall be entitled to reimbursement of expenses incurred in connection with any necessary transfer following notice of termination or removal under Sections 11, 12 or 14.
