Common use of Compensation of the Distributor Clause in Contracts

Compensation of the Distributor. The Sponsor shall pay to the Distributor, for its services described in this Agreement, an annual distribution fee of $35,000 such fee to be paid monthly in advance on the first day of each calendar month.
