Compensation of Trustees — Expenses. The out-of-pocket costs incurred by the Trustees such as travel, legal services, stationery, binders, envelopes, ledger sheets, transfer sheets, checks, disbursements such as postage and insurance, filing fees, listing fees, and fees and expenses incurred for experts or other professionals hired pursuant to Section 7.06 will be paid by the Trustor. The initial organizational costs of the Trust, fees of legal counsel, engineering costs, and the initial cost of organizing the Trust shall be paid by the Trustor.
