Compensation Responsibility of the Employee’s Breach of this Contract员工违约的赔偿责任. If the Employee breaches the provisions of this Contract, the rules and policies of the Company, or the PRC laws and regulations and thereby has caused economic losses to the Company, the Employee shall compensate the Company for such losses. 员工违反本合同约定、公司规章制度或国家及工作地规定，对公司造成经济损失的，应依法向公司承担赔偿责任。
