  • Compensation Table Attachment C of each Approved Service Order is a compensation table setting forth the manner in which the City will pay the Maximum Service Order Compensation (“Compensation Table”). Each Compensation Table is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below in Subsections 10.4 through 10.7.

  • Compensation Schedule Except as otherwise provided herein, employees shall be compensated within the pay range assigned to the classification of the position in which they are employed and in accordance with the pertinent conditions of employment enumerated in this Agreement. Sec. 503 REGULAR PAY DAY: Employees shall be paid on or about the Friday following the end of the biweekly payroll period.

  • ATTACHMENT C STANDARD STATE PROVISIONS FOR CONTRACTS AND GRANTS

  • Salary Schedule The salaries of employees covered by this agreement are set forth in the salary schedule in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated into this agreement.

  • COMPENSATION CERTIFICATION Labor Code Section 3700 in relevant part provides: Every employer except the State shall secure the payment of compensation in one or more of the following ways: • By being insured against liability to pay compensation by one or more insurers duly authorized to write compensation insurance in this State. • By securing from the Director of Industrial Relations a certificate of consent to self-insure, which may be given upon furnishing satisfactory proof to the Director of Industrial Relations of ability to self-insure and to pay any compensation that may become due to its employees. I am aware of the provisions of Section 3700 of the Labor Code which require every employer to be insured against liability for workers’ compensation or to undertake self-insurance in accordance with the provisions of that code, and I will comply with such provisions before commencing the performance of the Work of this Contract.
