Common use of Compensation to the Sub-Adviser Clause in Contracts

Compensation to the Sub-Adviser. For the services to be provided by the Sub-Adviser pursuant to this Agreement, the Adviser will pay the Sub-Adviser, and the Sub-Adviser agrees to accept, a sub-advisory fee at the rate set forth in Appendix C, which is attached hereto and made part of this Agreement, based on the Fund’s average daily net assets, less any fees waived and/or reimbursed by the Adviser or its affiliates. The fee will be computed daily and will be paid to the Sub-Adviser monthly.

Compensation to the Sub-Adviser. For the services to be provided by the Sub-Adviser pursuant to this Agreement, the Adviser will pay the Sub-Adviser, and the Sub-Adviser agrees to accept, a sub-advisory fee at the rate set forth in Appendix C, which is attached hereto and made part of this Agreement, based on the Fund’s average daily net assets, less any fees waived and/or reimbursed by the Adviser or its affiliatesaffiliates and any revenue sharing payments made by the Adviser or any of its affiliates to unaffiliated third parties. The fee will be computed daily and will be paid to the Sub-Adviser monthly.

Compensation to the Sub-Adviser. For the services to be provided by the Sub-Adviser pursuant to this Agreement, the Adviser will pay the Sub-Adviser, and the Sub-Adviser agrees to accept, a sub-advisory fee at the rate as set forth in the attached fee schedule in Appendix C, which is attached hereto and made part of this Agreement, based on the Fund’s average daily net assets, less any fees waived and/or reimbursed by the Adviser or its affiliates. C. The fee will be computed daily and will be paid to the Sub-Adviser monthly.

Compensation to the Sub-Adviser. For the services to be provided by the Sub-Adviser pursuant to this Agreement, the Adviser will pay the Sub-Adviser, and the Sub-Adviser agrees to accept, a sub-advisory fee at the rate set forth in Appendix C, which is attached hereto and made part of this Agreement, based on 50% of the investment management fee received by the Adviser under its Investment Management Agreement with the Fund’s average daily net assets, less any fees waived and/or reimbursed by the Adviser or its affiliatesaffiliates and any revenue sharing payments made by the Adviser or any of its affiliates to unaffiliated third parties. The fee will be computed daily and will be paid to the Sub-Adviser monthly.

Compensation to the Sub-Adviser. For the services to be provided by the Sub-Adviser pursuant to this Agreement, the Adviser will pay the Sub-Adviser, and the Sub-Adviser agrees to accept, a sub-advisory fee at the rate set forth in Appendix C, which is attached hereto and made part of this Agreement, 30 basis points based on the Fund’s average daily net assets, less any fees waived and/or reimbursed by the Adviser or its affiliatesaffiliates and any revenue sharing payments made by the Adviser or any of its affiliates to unaffiliated third parties. The fee will be computed daily and will be paid to the Sub-Adviser monthly.

Compensation to the Sub-Adviser. For the services to be provided by the Sub-Adviser with respect to each Fund pursuant to this Agreement, the Adviser will pay the Sub-Adviser, and the Sub-Adviser agrees to accept, a sub-advisory the fee at the rate set forth in Appendix Cthe Inter-Company Service Agreement between the Adviser and the Sub-Adviser dated March 29, 2007, a copy of which is attached hereto and made part of this Agreement, based on the Fund’s average daily net assets, less any fees waived and/or reimbursed by the Adviser or its affiliates. The fee will be computed daily and will be paid to the Sub-Adviser monthly.as Appendix B.
