COMPENSATION Year 1. All classifications covered by this bargaining unit shall receive a three percent (3%) base salary increase effective the first full pay period after Union ratification and Board of Supervisors approval on the regular agenda. Effective the first full pay period after Union ratification and Board of Supervisors approval on the regular agenda, each classification below will receive a market adjustment as follows: Sr. Nurse Practitioner/Nurse Practitioner Series: eleven percent (11%); Sr. Psychiatric NP/Psychiatric NP: eleven percent (11%); Public Health Nurse Series: five percent (5%); Staff Nurse Series: four percent (4%) and, Psychiatric Nurse Series: four percent (4%). All classifications covered by this bargaining unit shall receive a three percent (3%) base salary increase effective the first full pay period after July 1, 2018.
